Privacy Policy
This is a placeholder privacy policy for MINT Watches’ V1 seller-acquisition site. It describes, in plain terms, what we collect and why — a full policy reviewed for UK GDPR and applicable consumer-protection requirements should replace this page before processing real seller data at scale.
What we collect. When you request a valuation, we collect details about your watch (brand, model, condition, completeness), photos you choose to upload, and your name, email address and phone number.
Why we collect it. We use this information to assess your watch, provide you with an estimate, and to contact you about your submission.
Who sees it. Your submission is reviewed by MINT Watches. To do this, we store your details and photos securely, and use internal operational tools — including Google Sheets and a Telegram notification — so our team can track and respond to submissions quickly. These are internal tools only: your information is never made public, and we do not sell your personal information. If a transaction progresses, limited details may be shared with a prospective buyer or dealer with your knowledge.
Your choices. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing hello@mintwatches.co.uk.
